A simple, zip-to-adjust seat widens to support newborns through toddlers. And, a three-position head rest allows you to get just the right support for little heads, necks and spines. Comforter features for your baby: The Elevate 6-in-1 Carrier supports your child’s natural sitting position, promoting ergonomic and healthy hip and spine development. It is certified as hip-healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.

Ways to wear: 

1. Fetal Carry: This position for newborns mimics their position in the womb and may be extra soothing and comforting in their early days. Set your carrier to a wide seat and use an infant pillow to properly position the newborn within the carrier. Infant pillow included with the Elevate Carrier when you purchase directly from LÍLLÉbaby.
   
2. Inward Facing Carry (Narrow Seat/Babies): Appropriate from newborns through their first year. Zip down the sides of the seat and tuck them into your waistband to create a narrow seat that supports your little one from knee to knee.
   
3. Inward Facing Carry (Wide Seat/Toddlers): If your child is wearing 18-month to 24-month-old clothing, it may be time to change your seat size. Widen the carrier seat by zipping up the side panels to ensure their legs are fully supported in a seated position and not dangling.
   
4. Front-Facing Carry: Set your carrier to the narrow seat, fold down the head support, and turn your baby around to give them a view of the world. The baby should be at least 6 months old and demonstrate strong, consistent head support.
   
5. Hip Carry: This position allows the baby to see the world while still feeling cuddled by their parent. Babies supported in a hip carry should be at least 6 months old and demonstrate strong, consistent head support.
   
6. Back Carry: It’s the ultimate piggy-back ride and a favourite position for toddlers. If your child falls asleep in a back carry, please switch them to a front carry position so you can ensure they have adequate head and neck support.

Fit:
The Elevate Carrier’s waistband is 122cm with waistband extenders available to purchase separately that will extend the band by 24cm (9.5 inches). Appropriate for children from 3.2 – 20.4 kgs.

Care Instructions:
The carrier is lined with 100% hypoallergenic cotton lining and features a linen-blend exterior with vegan leather detailing and a linen sun hood. It is machine washable on a cold cycle with a gentle detergent. Hang to dry.
